Shipping Policy

Overview

Toy Nexora ships all items with archival‑safe materials and secure handling. Each order is inspected and documented before leaving the studio to ensure condition accuracy.

Tracking is provided once the label is created.

 Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Processing may extend during high‑volume drops or special releases.

Shipping Address Requirements

Orders are shipped only to the address entered at checkout. Toy Nexora is not responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address issue, the buyer covers reshipment costs.

Carrier Responsibility

Once the carrier receives the package, responsibility for delays, mishandling, or transit damage shifts to the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Packaging Standards

All items are packed using archival‑safe materials, rigid protective boxes, and cushioning appropriate for all items.

International Shipping

Availability

Toy Nexora currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not offered at this time due to carrier limitations, customs variability, and the need to maintain strict control over collector‑grade handling standards.

Future Availability

International shipping may be evaluated in the future as Toy Nexora expands its logistics capabilities and can guarantee the same level of protection, tracking reliability, and condition integrity for global buyers.
