Return Policy

Overview

Because Toy Nexora specializes in limited  items, returns are restricted to protect collector value and listing accuracy.

Eligibility for Returns

A return may be approved if the item received is materially different from the listing description or photos, or the wrong item was shipped. Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and discrepancy.

Non‑Returnable Items

·        Final Sale, As‑Is, or Display‑Only items

·        Items opened, handled, or altered after delivery

·        Normal packaging imperfections

·        Items damaged after delivery

·        Unauthorized returns or returns missing components

Return Shipping Requirements

Approved returns must be shipped in original packaging, inside a rigid protective outer box, and with a tracked shipping method. Returns arriving with new damage or missing components may be denied. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is required due to a Toy Nexora fulfillment error

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless Toy Nexora made an error. Refunds typically process within 6-7 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of collector items, exchanges are not guaranteed. If an exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Lost and Delayed Package

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at toynexora@yahoo.com While Toy Nexora is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
